IT SEEMS THAT EVERY DAY there's a household-name retailer partnering up with a major parcel integrator to facilitate the returns process for consumers during the hectic holiday season. That was especially apparent last month, with the parcel duopoly of UPS and FedEx each announcing returns-based deals with major retailers. Not to be left out of the action, of course, was global e-commerce giant Amazon.
