According to the US Energy Information Administration(EIA)the national average retail price for regular gasoline was $2.753/gal on Nov.5,a 5.8^/gal drop from the Oct.29 price and the lowest since mid-April.Houston,Texas’s $2.418/gal was the lowest price for gasoline,while San Francisco,California’s $3.710/gal was the highest price.RFG’s national average settled at $2.927/gal-a decrease of 4.8^/gal on the week.The state of TX and the Gulf Coast region shared the lowest price of $2.390/gal for RFG,while the highest was San Francisco,CA’s $3.710/gal.
