Aalberts surface technologies currently has 74 plants in 20 countries on 4 continents and has become the world leader in improving materials in terms of coatings,and other surface technologies,such as chrome oxide and polymer coatings for regional,national,and global customers.The Anilox and Printing Division,formerly known as Stork Cellramic-Impreglon,has been manufacturing anilox rolls for over 35 years.The Aalberts anilox customer list is made up of thousands of customers in the Flexographic Printing,Offset Printing and Specialty Coatings Industries.Aalberts utilizes state-of-the-art plasma technologies and metallically certified chrome oxide coating.This coating expertise,along with the latest laser engraving technology,allows Aalberts to provide a wide range of engraving capabilities to meet the rigorous demands of process printing on high line combination plates as well as jobs requiring heavy solids,coatings,and adhesives.Aalberts'standard volume ranges give you the versatility to hit solid density targets while fading off to the finest highlights.For difficult printing applications,Aalberts offers any specialty engraving available in the industry including our channeled geometries and open cell technologies.These specialty engravings help converters solve various iBues including printing screen and solid combinations,reducing anilox inventory,smoother laydown,better densities,higher opacity whites,applying highly viscous coatings,raised varnishes,metallics,particle ink,elimination of spitting and reduced scoring.
