摘要

This paper developed a scheming procedure of skip-lot sampling plan of type SkSP-T with single sampling plan for life tests based on the median percentiles of exponentiated Rayleigh distribution and applied it to determine the lifetime of any product. This procedure finds minimum sample size at required producer and consumer quality levels. In this study, life testing plans based on 50th percentile (median) is measured. Tables are simulated for various parametric values of SkSP-T and exponentiated Rayleigh distribution.
