Abstract Aim This article aims to review all the errors associated with various diagnostic modalities of radiology and the methods available to reduce them. Method Pubmed and google scholar search was done of all the articles published on "Errors in radiology". Discussion and Conclusion Errors in detection and reporting are the most important worry of every radiologist. Most malpractice claims in radiology are due to diagnostic errors. As workload increases these errors also increase. Knowledge about the causes and common types of errors is fundamental for any radiologist for improving reports.
