The sea-river rate downtrend continues in the Azov Sea, which was quite expected given very limited grain and coal exports from Russian shallow ports. At the same time, the number of open 5-6k dwt vessels noticeably exceeds the list of 3k dwt ships. The local market is looking very positional these days, with quite a large bid/offer gap:
