The trend towards a slow cooling down that emerged on the Azov sea-river market last week has been preserved. A slight decline in grain shipments (primarily to Turkey) and increased tonnage list for 1H Nov allowed charterers to lower rates. At the moment: Most traders offer low-mid $70s/t for shipment of 3,000 t of wheat from Rostov to the Marmara Sea, while many owners already accept $78-79/t (equivalent to $7.7k daily vs. $8.2-8.3k daily bss RV for vessels with no AWRP required and $1k less with AWRP on owner's acct);
