摘要

A digital speckle shear pattern interferometer using a cyclicpath shear arrangement with a polarization phase-shifting method for the deformation-derivative measurement is presented. The cyclic-path arrangement, being a common path, improves the stability of the system. The proposed arrangement can be used to obtain the lateral as well as the radial slope contours. Experimental results on a centrally loaded diaphragm with its edge rigidly clamped, in lateral and radial speckle shear configurations, are presented.
