It is always the industrial practice to maintain the secondary heater temperature 15-20℃ less than primary heater temperature. In this study, it is revealed that the secondary heater temperature affects many of textured yarn characteristics. So, secondary heater temperature should be maintained at optimum level to get the desired yarn characteristics.
