The BC Section of IMSA has been able to successfully present day-long Section level Technical Sessions for over 10 years now. The format that we have followed has been proven, over time, to be both manageable and profitable. Based on our success, and with requests from other Sections to let them in on the "big secret", we have prepared this article for the IMSA Journal. When the BC Section was formed in 1993, it was formed based on the success of the Northwest Section (of which BC was historically a part of) and having our members at the time, exposed to the regular and excellent combined technical presentations and certification schools that the Northwest Section had been providing. As a motivating template we, in the BC Section, decided that we could take their success and even make it better for our Section members.
