摘要

A novel vortex-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction combined to high-performance liquid chromatography has been used for the analysis of amino acids in seawater samples of Chabahar Bay and human blood plasma (as the first report). The effect of different parameters including the type and volume of extraction and dispersive solvent, salt concentration, extraction time, speed and time of stirring (vortex) and time and rate centrifugation was studied. Microxtraction, preconcentration and derivatization were carried out applying methanol as dispersive solvent, O-phthaldealdehyde and 3-mercaptopropionic as derivatization agent and dichloromethane as extraction solvent. Under optimum condition, the detection limits were in the range of 0.8-1.3 mu g L-1 and good linearity was obtained from 5 to 75 mu g L-1 with the enrichment factor of 94-, 91- and 86-fold for Glu, Ser and Gly, respectively. The method showed good relative recoveries (86.8-100.0%) with relative standard deviation below 9.5% for real samples (the repeatability of the method was satisfactory). The proposed method can be considered as an available, efficient and rapid technique for extraction and determination of amino acids in Chabahar Bay and human blood plasma.
