Two directors of UK-based copper wire distributorship Copper Wire Company Limited have been disqualified from acting as company directors for four years.Cohn and Maxine Wells were disqualified because of "unfit conduct" following allegations that they caused the company to make excessive payments to themselves at a rime when it had incurred trading losses of UK pound 389,221.
