At the ShanghaiTex 2005 exhibition, scheduled for June 3-7, 2005, in the New International Expo Centre in Pudong, 1,300 exhibitors will occupy 100,000 m~2. ShanghaiTex 2005 will again be, the organisers say, the focal event of the Asian textile industry. New machinery, products and equipment will definitely be attractions to the "ever blossoming" Chinese and Asian textile industry. The organisers are Shanghai International Exhibition Co. Ltd, Shanghai Textile Technology Service & Exhibition Centre and Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd. The show is also co-organised by Shanghai Textile Machinery & Accessories Association and supported by 13 Chinese textile industrial bureaus, general councils and corporations. The show is sponsored by Shanghai Textile Holding (Group) Corporation, the Council for the Promotion of International Trade Shanghai and the Chamber of International Commerce Shanghai.
