Frontier Airlines (F9/FFT) has received its second Airbus A320 featuring the airline's new livery, and a cardinal bird named Orville, dedicated to aviation explorer Orville Wright. The cardinal also happens to be the state bird of Ohio-the Wright Brothers' home state. The aircraft, originally delivered to Monarch Airlines (ZB/MON) in 2013, was transferred to Frontier last February. In honor of its 10-year partnership with the March of Dimes Foundation, United Airlines (UA/UAL) unveiled a specially painted commemorative aircraft. It features a vibrant purple color painted on the rear section, along with March of Dimes logo and titles.
