Europe: Market analyst ING forecasts that the price of cement and concrete will remain elevated across much of Europe during the first quarter of 2023, even after the fall in fuel costs seen in late 2022. This is in contrast to the prices of metal and wood, which have seen steady declines since the middle of 2022. ING estimates that cement and concrete prices may start to fall, very gradually, from April 2023 onwards.
