SAS has unveiled a new look. The redesigned livery will surely turn heads when it makes it to airports around the world. Fresh, clean, and simple-and not entirely different from the current design. The tailfin gets a stylized makeover, with the familiar dark blue color and large-scale logo in italicized letters. The iconic SAS dark hue blue remains on the tail, but extends farther below the tailfin. An all-white body follows the latest trend in aviation design, but SAS has significantly improved upon it by taking its famous brand logo and expanding it to stretch across the forward part of either side of the fuselage (similar to what United and American have done stateside). On the belly of the plane, the name 'Scandinavian' is written in large letters, enabling it to be visible from the ground.
