Working in conjunction with the company's FD air heating burner equipment, used for the subsequent drying of wire products, each system is tailored to meet specific project requirements. This is achieved, in part, using computer modelling. Both Tinsley Wire (Sheffield) Ltd and its sister company Rylands-Whitecross, have installed Lanemark TX tank heating systems. The gas burner systems, which heat a range of processing liquids at the two plants - including lime, flux and rinse-water - are reportedly achieving both high levels of efficiency and accurate control, thereby maximising the quality of production. Both companies have moved away from centralised steam-generating facilities and towards localised process heat production systems.
