South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China Consideringthe thermophysical and mechanical parameters tested, a three-dimensional finite element mathematical model of the temperature andthermal stress fields in the firing of ceramic bodies, and thesurface temperature field measured by infrared thermal imaging underthe first boundary condition, the influence of thermal stress on thefiring of ceramic body is studied in this paper.
