Indian company Meghmani Organics (Ahmedabad) recorded a 46.7% decline in agrochemical sales to INR 3,000 million ($36.5 million at the average rate for the period) for its first fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2023. Consolidated sales for the period eroded as well, with overall business contracting around 46% to INR 4,220 million ($51.3 million). Agrochemicals raked in the bulk of sales, with the division’s share in the company’s revenues dipping marginally to 71.1% (71.9% during last year’s corresponding period).
