To enhance service and best meet customer needs, C & D Tool & Die Co., Mt. Clemens, MI, has installed a new combination servo press feed and pull-through straightener unit from Dallas Industries, Inc., Troy, MI. The new equipment is used on an in-house press to conduct die testing, customer trials and final-acceptance runoffs. It allows the tool shop to simulate production-type conditions resulting in accurate process and performance evaluations.
