AbstractA detailed evaluation of the articular manifestations of Sweet's syndrome is described in a 24‐year‐old man. Fever, mild leukocytosis, tender cutaneous erythematous plaques or nodules with neutrophilic infiltration were accompanied by multiple painful, swollen joints.
