Department of Chemical Engineering, National Taiwan University,Taipei, Taiwan This work conducted experiments of saturated methanolboiled on a titanium wire under atmospheric pressure, considering theconstruction of boiling curves based on voltage--ampere data. With aheating wire that exhibits phase transition in structure theconstruction of boiling curves faces difficulties. The reasonscorresponding to these findings are discussed.
