摘要

AbstractThe electrochemical reduction behavior of nitrofurazone has been studied by employing dc polarography, cyclic voltammetry, and differential pulse polarography in the universal buffers of pH ranging from 2.0 to 12.0. A differential pulse polarographic method is described for the determination of nitrofurazone in its pharmaceutical formulations using the standard addition method. The kinetic parameters, such as diffusion coefficients (D) and heterogeneous forward rate constant (k f, ho) values are evaluated using these technique
