Germany's Wintershall Dea has submitted a development plan to Norwegian authorities for the Dvalin North gas oeld in the Norwegian Sea, with start-up planned for late 2026. Dvalin North will be developed as a three-well subsea tie-back to the Heidrun platform via the nearby Dvalin oeld at a cost of 780 million euros ($829 million).
