Swiss company Andermatt Biocontrol’s Brazilian business, Andermatt do Brasil, has launched its microbial bioinsecticide, BB-Protec (Beauveria bassiana strain R444), in the country. The wettable powder formulation is for the control of whiteflies (Bemisia tabaci) and coffee borers (Hypothenemus hampei).
