The latest alignment system, from AESA, is designated the MAS950 and has been designed to carry out standard OTDR measurements and automatic built-in fibre continuity tests while offering a fibre default analysis software package.It also has the ability to calculate a variety of cable statistics, a database system for production management and the ability to carry out combined OTDR and PMD measurements.
