The Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute (HHI) teamed up with partnering institutions to organize a day promoting young talents. Entitled "Working in Photonics: Entry-level opportunities in the world of photonics", the event took place on October 26, 2022. Around 50 interested participants received an insight into the working world of photonics and further information on suitable entry-level opportunities. The gathering highlighted the discipline's diversity, focusing on various career paths in photonics: from apprenticeships to laboratory work to doctoral studies.
