"I don't believe in a one-man show," said Harith Noor, a talented senior technician at BFGoodrich's Rohr Aero Services nacelle and thrust reverser repair and overhaul shop in Singapore. "It's just not going to work. We have to take it as a challenge, teamwork." After completing his two-year national service in Singapore's army, Noor started looking for an interesting career. "I wanted something which is stable," he said. "I read a lot of brochures, and I wanted a more technical job, not an office job."
