What do you offer? Eurotek has designed and manufactured extrusion heads for more than three decades for production of electric cables and other products. Our extrusion heads - which can process products from much lower than 1 mm up to 300 mm-are suitable for relatively ductile polymers such as PE, PP, PVC, PU, HFFR, etc.; processing polyamide or nylon; process fluoropolymers, i.e., high-performance compounds resistant to acids/solvents; process rubber, silicone rubber and silicone; and make a wide range of fiber optic cables. Eurotek does a 360° rheological study on each extrusion head that includes a flow simulation that permits the material compound behavior to be visualized at every process point, from the extruder output to the tooling area.
