Shell said it will sell nonoperated stakes in two production-sharing contracts (PSCs) offshore Malaysia to Petroleum Sarawak as part of its ongoing efforts to high-grade its global upstream portfolio. Petroleum Sarawak will pay Shell an initial $475 million, with additional payments of up to $50 million between 2023 and 2024 contingent on commodity prices.
