Taking the opposite tack, British Airways's CEO Willy Walsh referred to the debacle of Terminal 5 at London-Heathrow (Airways, April 2008 & Mailbag, page 63) as "definitely not British Airways's finest hour," with thousands of bags misdirected or lost (some are still missing) and thousands of passengers frustrated after hundreds of flights were canceled.
