摘要

The device of a vortex plasma thruster is proposed, in which the collective accelerator mechanism of nuclear fusion reaction is used. It is shown that in the approximation of three nuclei, the threshold value of the potential energy spent on overcoming the Coulomb barrier is several orders of magnitude less than the threshold value of the kinetic energy of paired collisions of nuclei. This paper also presents a generator of electrical energy and a generator of artificial ball lightning, which use the phenomenon of induction of cold fusion in a supersonic plasma vortex.
