Warsaw— Poland's Hynfra and Fidelity Group of Jordan have formed Jordan Green Ammonia LLC to set up a green ammonia facility in Aqaba Special Economic Zone, Jordan. Jordan Green Ammonia will build a renewable ammonia synthesis plant with between 100,000 t/y and 200,000 t/y of ammonia production, as well as a 530-megawatt photovoltaic farm, an energy storage facility, electrolyzer and seawater desalination unit. Operations are expected to begin within five years.
