NOLA UAN barge prices saw little new development throughout October, and the market assessment remained steady in the mid-$500s /ston fob. The Q1 2023 timeframe continued to see the most interest from sellers with much of the US production through end-2022 having been booked for export sales. Export shipments continued to Europe and pulled a majority of the 268,000 t of US UAN exported in August, leaving domestic producers little reason to issue new US pricing or drive prices lower during a time of seasonally lower buying interest for UAN in the country.
