The Brazilian market faced downward pressure throughout the majority of June, although climbing FOB levels in key market China helped boost market sentiment by the end of the month. Buyers were largely apathetic towards fresh purchasing and price levels slipped to $140-150/mt CFR, down from $160-165/mt CFR in early June. However by June 29, price levels moved higher to $150-160/mt CFR.
