We greatly appreciate Dr. McNeil's thoughts and response. Health starts in the home, and yet homes are vastly different in terms of resources, cultures, neighborhoods and so on. Recognizing this and understanding our role beyond the walls of a clinic, we must address a patient's nonurological ailments. As suggested, when led by the "why," the "how" always finds its legs. Our "why" was simple: to promote health equity in urology and improve patient care for all.
