Berwyn—Trinseo, in its first quarter 2023 financial results, said it is restarting the sales process for its styrenics business that will include marketing individual assets and regional businesses (PCN, 1 Aug 2022, p 1). The divestiture will include the company's feedstocks and polystyrene segments, as well as its 50% interest in Americas Styrenics, a joint venture with Chevron Phillips Chemical Co.
