A 462 mg dose of diroximel fumarate is k‘oe clu ivalent to 240 mg of dimethyl fumarate. Their adverse effects are very similar. The lower incidence of minor gastrointestinal disorders at the start of treatment with diroximel fumarate is minimal and hypothetical: on average barely 1 less symptomatic day in 5 weeks in one trial.
