Saudi Arabia and Kuwait are seeking talks with Iran to delineate the eastern border of the offshore section of their shared Neutral Zone so they can proceed with development of the disputed Dorra gas Oeld. This is not the Orst time that Riyadh and Kuwait have requested such talks, but Iran did not respond to earlier approaches, the ofOcial Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said.
