The outlook for Slovenia’s medical device market remains strong, and the market is forecast to be the fastest growing one in Central and Eastern Europe. Downside risks remain in the form of a slowdown in Slovenia’s economic growth over 2022 and headwinds due to inflation and uncertainty about the war in Ukraine. Slovenia’s medical device export growth is likely to be dampened by a more downbeat outlook for economic activity across some of its leading destinations for medical device exports.
