Paris— Technip Energies said it has acquired Processium, an expert company in process development, to accelerate the development of technology for a net zero trajectory. Processium is equipped with laboratory and piloting facilities near Lyon, France, to design and develop next-generation processes to support the energy transition and enhance manufacturing competitiveness in the field of sustainable chemicals, Technip Energies noted.
