Daharki-Engro Fertilizers announced that its base urea plant in Daharki, Pakistan, has been expanded to increase urea production capacity, according to a local news report citing a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Following various maintenance, debottlenecking, balancing, modernization and replacement activities, the facility now has the capacity to produce up to 950,000 t/y of urea from 780,000 t/y previously.
