摘要

Chloride (2), trifluoroacetate (3) and sulphate (4) salts of (S)-1-(benzylselanyl)-3-phenylpropan-2-amine (1) were synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic (H-1, C-13{H-1} and F-19 NMR, FT-IR), elemental and polarimetric analysis. The structures of 2 and 3 were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The C-N and C-Se bond lengths were in the range of 1.500(5) to 1.560(2) angstrom and 1.920(5) to 1.982(8) angstrom, respectively, while the C-Se-C bond angles were in the range 97-98 degrees. Crystal of 2 features three discrete N+-H center dot center dot center dot Cl- intermolecular interactions forming a two dimensional sheet, which is further strengthened by two C-H center dot center dot center dot Cl- interactions and one C-H center dot center dot center dot Se interaction. The crystal of 3 also exhibits a two dimensional sheet like architecture, however, several discrete N+-H center dot center dot center dot O- interactions and a C-H center dot center dot center dot F interaction are responsible for the displayed architecture. The amine (1) and its three salts (2-4) have been screened for DPPH radical scavenging activity using Vitamin-C as a reference standard. All the compounds showed good antioxidant activity as revealed by their IC50 values. [GRAPHICS] .
