Berlin-Ineos Nitriles said it will invest in a new world-scale acetonitrile production facility at its site in Koln,Germany,to meet European demand.The 15,000-t/y acetonitrile plant will utilize Ineos'latest process technology and is expected to enhance the company's supply position to its European customers and reduce its environmental impact,Ineos noted.
