The relatives of miners who died in the Gleision mine disaster in south Wales have called for an inquest into the tragedy 10 years on. On 15 September 2011, four miners died when water flooded the Gleision drift mine following a controlled explosion. Despite the mine's manager Malcolm Fyfield and owners MNS Mining being cleared of manslaughter charges in 2014, the bereaved families and survivors say they still do not have all the answers as to how events unfolded on that day.
