Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak has said he thinks it's unlikely that the Opec-plusproducer group will take any additional action on supply management at its upcoming meeting inVienna on Jun.4.”I don't think there will be any new steps,”Novak said in an interview with the Russian newspaper Izvestia.Novak,who oversees energy policy in Russia,noted that Russia and several Opec-plus producershave only recently implemented additional production cuts of more than 1.6 million barrels per dayin response to a sluggish global economy.”Our task right now is to monitor the situation on the market and to react promptly,”he added.
