Lincoln— Ascend Performance Materials has acquired a majority stake in Circular Polymers, a 'California-based recycler of post-consumer, high-performance polymers including poly-amide 6 and 66, polypropylene and polyethylene terephtha-late, and has renamed the company Circular Polymers by Ascend.
