Rome-Ecopol, a developer and producer of biodegradable films and delivery systems, announced that affiliates of SK Capital Partners have finalized a strategic investment in Ecopol (PCN, 31 July 2023, p 4). With the investment, SK has acquired a majority interest in Ecopol with Mauro Carbone, Ecopol's chief executive and controlling shareholder. In addition, a new board of directors was formed.
