In the last few years, textile research has focused on the development of multifunctional products for most areas. The antimicrobial textiles are Included in these new products, however, they differ in terms of bioactivity, performance, and durability. In reality, one of the objectives of the production of these materials is to obtain safe products with durable antimicrobial action and showing a large action spectrum. The permeability characteristics of the textile materials facilitate the diffusion of the adsorbed active agents within the fibers. The main objective is the development of antimicrobial textiles is the durability of action. Bamboo is now being made into a fiber that has wonderful characteristics like inherent anti-microbial. An exclusive manufacturing process makes it possible to create a highly breathable, absorbent fabric entirely from bamboo fiber. Clothes made of this fabric sell for around the same price as ordinary clothes and have a distinctive softness and cool, light texture. This paper also throws advantages and limitations of Bamboo fibers.
