摘要

The objective of this work is to study the expectation value of quasiparticle and pair correlation function for quasiparticles for non-equilibrium. The expectation value for creation is found greater than annihilation at zero and non-zero temperature with quasiparticle excitation. For s-wave, d-wave and g-wave the expectation of quasiparticle for creation found greater than annihilation. The expectation value beyond 5K is constant and then decrease with increasing temperature, the maximum expectation value for creation and annihilation in region 1K to 5K. The expectation value for d-wave and g-wave found maximum at different angle. The maximum pair correlation function for quasiparticles is observed as 0.048 at φ= 0 for d-wave but at (φ =π/2 the pair correlation function of d-wave and g-wave is same and at(φ =π/3,π/6 the pair correlation function of d-wave is absence.
